What if I can't find a product?
Bummer! Carpe diem! We keep our inventory fresh, so as new stuff comes in, old stuff moves out. Bottom line: When you see something you like, GRAB IT! When a product is gone, it’s almost always gone for good. Best strategy is to be in the know on our new products – sign up on our email list and create a personal Noll Account. That way you won't be caught short!

All items ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
FedEx Standard Overnight®: next day delivery
FedEx 2Day®: 2-day delivery
FedEx Express Saver®: 3-day delivery
FedEx Home Delivery®: 5-7 days
Upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number directly from FedEx.
Overnight Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take an additional 1-2 days.
2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take 3 days.
Overnight Delivery is available only in the continental US.
FedEx Home Delivery takes 5-7 days.
Noll Surfboards and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on:
New Year's Eve – Only Air and International packages will be delivered

What is your order processing policy?
Noll Surfboards and Gallery does not begin order processing until we receive all of the information that we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, visa card, or wire transfer. Noll Surfboards and Gallery will begin order processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
What payment types do you accept?
Credit, Debit, and Check Cards. Whether you order online or phone in your order, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. Noll Surfboards and Gallery also accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may place an order by phone at 949-369-6500. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to Noll Surfboards and include your Order Number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your Order Acknowledgment email to: Noll Surfboards & Gallery 1709 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente CA. 92672. Noll Surfboards must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or Noll will cancel your order. Please allow one business day for order processing after NSG receives your payment. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please contact us.
What's your return policy?
WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AS LONG AS ITEMS ARE IN THEIR NEW, ORIGINAL, UNUSED/WORN CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED.ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF OUR DELIVERY TO YOU.
REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK TO NOLL SURFBOARDS AND GALLERY.
THE MOST SECURE AND EFFICIENT WAY TO COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE IS BY PLACING A NEW ORDER ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE THEN SIMPLY RETURN THE ORIGINAL ORDER TO NOLL SURFBOARDS AND GALLERY WITH A REFUND REQUEST. NOLL SURFBOARDS AND GALLERY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TO RETURN ITEM.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Noll Surfboards cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If you live close to Noll Surfboards & Gallery, you may take your return there to have your refund or exchange processed.
How long does the return process take?
We will do our best to process your return or exchange within five business days.
Where are Noll products made?
All Noll products are created in the USA. Sometimes (like with our Vintage Wear) components may come from around the world. But our Tees are all screened here, our Vintage Wear is all reconstructed here, and our surfboards are made here. In fact, our Vintage Wear and Noll Surfboards are made right here at our Flagship Store in San Clemente (the boards are then glassed just up the road in Santa Ana at The WatermansGuild).
